Marsha Oh-Bilodeau
Supervisory Department Vice President

Ms. Oh-Bilodeau has been with LAUSD for 29 years. She began her career as a teacher with the District, and in 1990, she became a teacher adviser. As a teacher adviser with professional development responsibilities, she also represented the District conducting national and international trainings on instructional strategies.

For two years, Marsha conducted site reviews for the United States Department of Education and in 1995 supported administrators, school-site coordinators, and parents in the K-12 schools via the Gardena/Washington Cluster as adviser and specialist. With the transition to Local Districts, she was assigned as Coordinator of Professional Development in 2000 and then Coordinator of the Peer Assistance and Review Program in 2001.

Five years later, the Priority Staffing Program was added to her responsibilities. She served AALA as Interim Supervisory Director in 2005 and in 2006, she was elected to a three-year term. She now serves as the Supervisory Department Vice President.
