Joan Blair has 22 years of service with LAUSD. She has served as a classroom teacher, Categorical Program Advisor, Assistant Principal, and Principal.She is currently the Principal at Kittridge Street Elementary School.
During the past three years, she has led her elementary school out of Program Improvement status and gained 115 points on the Academic Performance Index. She serves on the executive board of EPO as Corresponding Secretary.
